Apple Loosing Approval Rules on App Approval

In the past, Apple has steadfastly denied the right of the app developers to use third-party tools to create content for the iTunes App Store. There has been a lot of discussion over the App approval between Apple and the mobile developer community. THis issue has even drawn the normally reclusive company into a very public debate with Adobe.
Today, Apple announced via a news release on its Web site that it would change some of the strict and perplexing rules for developers creating applications for the iOS platform. However, the reason for the change is not further clarified by Apple.
