CRM with social network is the hot topic arise in these days, from long time ago CRM is dominated in business marketing. The simpler and better explanations for Social CRM is really a conversation with your customers, when, where and how the customer behave with your business.

Social business is ready to change the culture, even for new technologies (this also applies to Social CRM). However there are many new products that facilitate or could not help Social Business and Social CRM. The problem is that Social CRM talked about how there are some new units of the CRM solution, also known as a module that makes a magical way your company-customer strategy add to the social.

CRM customer oriented strategy and many companies have decided to use SW and technology as part of this strategy. Social CRM only extended to customer strategy in a few ways.

Let’s take the idea for example a bit:

The online social web tools created several new ways for people to chat and build relationships. Social tools such as blogs, picture and video sharing services are widely used nowadays. When create that social media, social platforms and applications that facilitate the development of social networks which known as API,  further more it  creates new way for communication such as micro-blogging (Twitter), a new social platforms to facilitate the communities. Therefore all of the above mentioned methods of social interaction and the ability to take the call anywhere online. In a simply word the customer will be anywhere on the social network places.

Customer behavior will be changed and dragged by the online social tools. The amount of information released has increased dramatically due to the Internet access, therefore the places for the customers to search the information,  get assistance and advice are on parade or an own web experience. The social customer is more likely to get help from their trusted socialnetwork such as Twitter or Facebook. As a result the company social gateway is getting more and more important in these days. This means that you may open these new communication channels and connect them with your current CRM systems and protocols to increase your social activity.

However, the traditional CRM solutions and customer oriented strategy will not be replaced.  Instead it  will simply be an extension of the strategy therefore you can change the social client right away. When building a relationship with your clients at the same time it will increase the client’s loyalty and they will get more engagement with your brand.  Furthermore, a new possibilities for customer satisfaction will be opened by providing products that customers want marketing in a way that meet the expectations of customers and to increase preferences and provide support when, where and how they choose. Therefore you will see that the customer generate the relationship with you and further more the gate for the business will be opened for you.
