Apple Sues Rival HTC

The tech giant–Apple, is already fighting legal action over claims that it infringed Nokia’s patend. These days, the company has sued its fast-growing rival and maker of Google’s Nexus One—HTC, accusing the Taiwanese company of stealing its smartphone technology of the iPhone.
