			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The annual Sun Valley retreat for media and technology moguls has been known as a gathering where jeans-clad executives can relax and plot their next big deal ever since its start in the 1980s.<br />
But this year’s conference, which is hosted by boutique investment company Allen &#038; Co, may not have produced the next blockbuster media deal. However, it did cement the impression that the balance of power between media and technology companies had changed. </p>
