August 14, 2010 by admin · Leave a Comment

Twitter buttonTwitter unveiled a new feature, which is called a tweet button. It is hoped that this new feature will be sprinkled all over the Web, encouraging people to share links via Twitter.
The new feature is created in order to help eliminate the steps that it takes to share a link on Twitter. Currently, twitter users need to go through all the steps of copying a URL, using a link-shortening service and then pasting the shortened link into the Twitter Web site. It is a laborious task.
With the new feature, the webmasters can add a few lines of code onto their own sites, and a small tweet icon will appear below each posts. Twitter users can click the tweet button to share the article easily.
This move signals that twitter is trying to control of more assets within its network.
